Key Responsibilities
Develop structured and engaging lesson plans, project guides, and assessment tools for STEM robotics subjects. Design interdisciplinary modules linking robotics to real-world applications. Ensure alignment with standards such as NGSS, CSTA, ISTE, and UK ICT/Robotics frameworks. Upload and organize materials on the digital learning platform for easy teacher and student use. Create teacher manuals, activities, and multimedia resources while collaborating with educators and subject experts to ensure accuracy, relevance, and strong pedagogy.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in education, STEM, instructional design, or a related field. Strong written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in student- and teacher-friendly language. Excellent organizational and curriculum structuring skills with strong attention to detail. A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with educators, researchers, and developers.
Preferred: Experience as a K–12 teacher with curriculum development experience or a graduate student in a STEM or education-related field. Familiarity with digital curriculum design and interest in virtual or blended learning environments.
Role Details
Type: Part-time temporary position (10–25 hours per week).
Reporting to: CEO, RS Robotics.
Compensation: Based on qualifications and experience.
Schedule: Flexible hours with remote collaboration.
